OverviewWe are looking for a CRM Manager for our headquarters in Milan. In this role, you will lead our CRM department and develop our loyalty program, analyzing their impact on business performance, customer engagement, and metrics. Our growth is driven by a collaborative, transparent, data-driven, and mission-focused culture.Our diverse international team (20+ nationalities) has offices in Italy (headquarters in Milan & Verona).What You Will DoManage and grow our CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages) in terms of technology and value.Coordinate with other departments regarding customer communications and CRM software.Oversee campaign calendar management, list development, and template design.Analyze customer data to develop segmentation and targeting strategies, balancing customer-centric and commercial goals.Create tailored campaigns offering benefits and rewards to improve retention, order frequency, engagement, and increase customer lifetime value and satisfaction.Monitor, report, and provide insights to improve KPIs and customer engagement.Conduct A / B testing to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other KPIs such as RFM, engagement, and customer lifetime value.What We OfferA full-time permanent contract and a competitive salary.Welfare Budget for various services (education, transport, entertainment, wellness, culture).Home Workstation Budget for building a home office setup.Mental Health Support, covering initial therapy sessions with Unobravo.Grocery discounts through Everli.com.What You BringMaster’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing in B2C companies (start-up or scale-up experience is a plus).Experience setting up and managing CRM platforms, ideally Braze.Proficiency in Office 365.Fluent in English.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Customer-first and commercially-oriented mindset.Logical, analytical, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decisions.Everli is committed to diversity and inclusion.
