Regional Crewing Manager - Europe, Mediterranean & Americas
JOB OVERVIEW
Britoil Offshore Services SRL (“BOS SRL”), based in Genoa, is the Italian Strategic Business Unit of the Britoil Group. BOS SRL manages a fleet of over 25 Offshore Supply Vessels (including PSVs and AHTSs) operating in the Mediterranean Sea, Africa, Red Sea, Black Sea, and North Sea.
POSITION: Crew Payroll Officer (Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced Crew Payroll Officer with a strong background in the shipping industry. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of seafarers’ monthly wages and handle payroll-related queries with professionalism and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process monthly wages for seafarers across all vessels.
Review and manage crew home allotment requests.
Arrange reimbursement of crew claims.
Address queries related to remittance, reimbursement, and salary issues.
Support additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Crewing Manager.

You will be part of the Crewing Team and report directly to the Regional Crewing Manager.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL INTERFACES

Internal: Crewing, Technical, HSEQ, and Chartering departments

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have:

Solid knowledge of the shipping industry and relevant crewmanning experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A meticulous, proactive, and results-driven approach
Ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency
Excellent communication and reporting skills in both English and Italian
