Responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable statements, contacting customers or business partners regarding overdue payments, and documenting debts collected.Duties and Responsibilities :Monitor the company’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments or negotiate installment plans.Utilize credit bureau data, postal information, internet searches, and other tools to locate customers who have moved or changed contact details.Maintain records of contacts and payments from delinquent accounts.Resolve customer issues and complaints related to billing.Provide regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.Skills and Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field.At least three years of experience in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry.Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.High accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.WHAT WE OFFER :TeamSystem values People as our competitive edge.We offer a wide range of benefits : flexible working hours, smart working supported by a dedicated tool pack, Friday noon-off, training programs, talent development, wellbeing initiatives, meal vouchers, an innovative workspace, welfare programs, and health funds for you and your family.Our vision is to bring digitalization to every business.
