In 2023, we partnered with Banijay to enhance our media and entertainment capabilities.Role OverviewThe Creative Producer reports to the Head of Creative, collaborating closely with the Project Creative Leader. This role ensures seamless project execution by managing talent, creative development, and content production during bid and delivery phases, upholding the company’s creative standards and vision.The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and creatively driven, capable of leading a top-tier creative team, fostering innovation, cultural awareness, and delivering memorable experiences.Experience managing multiple projects of varying complexity and budgets while maintaining industry standards is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & SupervisionOversee creative development, ensuring alignment with BWS’s vision and standards.Ensure creative outputs meet client and director expectations.Provide guidance and intervene as needed to align work with objectives and budgets.Supervise creation of presentations, content, and creative materials.Lead and coordinate brainstorming sessions and workshops.Manage workflows across teams in KSA, Milan, and external freelancers.Collaborate with project teams to establish clear expectations and deliverables.Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) and manage talent and vendor negotiations.Monitor project budgets and financial progress.Coordinate with procurement for freelance onboarding and payments.Oversee production-related travel arrangements.Optimize resource allocation and planning with studio management.Develop and implement workflow processes for the creative team.Ensure proper communication of project updates to stakeholders.Identify and lead creative talents to foster innovation.Conduct research to support creative directions.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationLiaise with clients to understand needs and propose aligned creative solutions.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceExtensive background in creative development for large-scale events.Experience working with Creative Directors and creative teams.Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational skills for multitasking.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Personal QualitiesStrong time management and confidentiality skills.Exceptional communication skills.Calm under pressure, adaptable to fast-paced environments.Proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient.Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.Willing to work long hours when necessary.Passionate about process improvement and workflow development.Committed to diversity and inclusion.Flexible with changing priorities and willing to travel, preferably based in Milan or the Gulf region.
