As Creative Coordinator, you willtake full ownership of how the Creative team operatesfrom timelines and workflows to process design and people management. Your job is to bring clarity, discipline, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-output environment, acting as thego-to problem solverwho makes sure that creative excellence is delivered on time, every time. You’ll need to think like a project manager,listen like a team coach , and move like a producer. If you can structure chaos, speak the language of creatives, and get things done — we want you.Your Responsibilities : Translate creative briefs into action : clear timelines, owners, budgets, and outputs; Oversee day-to-day creative operations, keeping projects moving and people aligned; Coordinate internal creatives (design, production, content) and external agencies when needed; Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Product, and E-com teams; Build and improve tools, rituals, calendars, and checklists — then make sure they’re used; Anticipate roadblocks before they hit and remove them fast; Maintain high standards on delivery, quality, and consistency; Support the Creative Director and challenge the status quo when needed; Mentor junior team members and help shape a culture of accountability and care.What You Bring : 4–7 years experience in creative operations, project management, or production (fashion, design, agency, or lifestyle brands preferred); Design, Marketing or Communication Degrees are preferred; Hands-on experience with PM tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.); Fluency in Italian and strong English; Proficient in operating within an international context; Deep understanding of how creatives think — and how to help them deliver; Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills; Strong communication : clear, calm, direct; Solution-oriented mindset : you spot inefficiencies and fix them fast; Aesthetic sensitivity and respect for creative work.What You Are : Youdon’t wait to be toldyou take ownership; Youearn respectwith competence and calm, not control; You canstructure people, timelines, and chaoswhile staying human; You get things done without drama.Presence in the office is required.
