The candidate will be responsible for:

Following and implementing reception procedures, processing, and post management, including payment and initiating service procedures for users in direct contact (Front Office).
Providing access to healthcare services.
Using video terminals and management software to perform tasks through direct or indirect contact modes (phone, chat, SMS, etc.).

We offer a temporary agency contract with the CCNL TELECOMUNICAZIONI (13 months) Level II, with the possibility of extension.
Part-time working hours.
Work Location: San Giovanni in Fiore, Casole Bruzio
