Survey & Segmentation Consultants within the Consumer Panel Service Team are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned clients to lead the application of NIQ Consumer advanced solutions integrated with survey outcomes. It is a great opportunity for curious, passionate, and pro‑active individuals willing to grow and try different approaches, who likes understanding the reasons behind insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Senior Consultants in the delivery of ad‑hoc market research projects, following all the steps and becoming step by step more autonomous.
Design of questionnaires (draft contents/questions to be addressed to our Panel households based on client’s brief).
Set‑up of survey fieldwork (test surveys before the submission to panel households, define and collect the specs required for sample preparation and data analysis).
Data analysis (elaborating and interpreting insights/segmentations from survey results).
Prepare the final presentation/report in Power‑Point to be delivered to clients; can be involved in client meetings and presentations over the phone or in person.
Collaborate and interact on a daily base with other NIQ teams, as well as international hubs located worldwide.
Demonstrate high standards of performance and act in line with the service level of the client assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous working experience (at least 6 months).
Economics Master’s degree (preferred Marketing or Market Research specialization).
Strong interest in FMCG and consumer understanding.
Analytical skills and numerical reasoning: capability and interest in dealing with data from different sources. Knowledge of advanced statistics (predictive statistical models; multivariate analysis…) is a plus.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills using MS Office Power‑Point required: capacity to tell a story through charts and data in an easily comprehensible way for all stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel required for data analysis.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills – understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules.
Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates/supervisors within a virtual environment.
Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken.
English: B1 level or equivalent, both written and spoken.
