Overview
Execute effective and efficient management of stocking and physical distribution of goods from warehouses/tollers toward final customers.
Responsibilities

Organize daily warehouses replenishment plans, based on procedures and products availability
Ensure correct management of goods inbound movements, including compliance to accounting rules and procedures
Support Customer Service to solve shipment related issues
Execute administrative activities related to suppliers' invoice verification and posting.
Verify that suppliers operate in compliance to existing legislation and to Syngenta policies regarding HSEQS policy.
Monitor suppliers' operational KPIs to evaluate their performances are aligned to the agreed SLAs.
Contribute to Production & Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives (e.g.: OPEX initiatives etc.)
Ensure compliance with commercial policy of the Commercial Unit, HSE requirements, local legislation and competition law, all relevant Syngenta processes and policies.
