Country Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive Performance : Set, monitor, and optimize operational targets in line with market performance goals.
Manage Shrink & Loss : Establish and refine merchandise shrinkage targets to achieve effective loss control.
Lead New Store Openings : Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth and timely new store launches.
Ensure Operational Excellence : Oversee the implementation of all store standards to maintain consistent brand and operational quality.
Lead & Develop Teams : Manage store staffing, oversee talent development, and build strong, high-performing teams.
Optimize Labor Costs : Develop and implement plans to manage and improve labor cost efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of retail operations or management experience.
Strong passion for retail, with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional execution.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose store operations and solve problems effectively.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.
Independent data analysis skills, with strong learning ability and adaptability.
Willingness to work on overseas assignments.
Fluency in English and Italian.
