With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate, and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe, and worldwide—tailor-made with a standardized approach.What you can expect :We are looking for a dedicated Country Manager Italy (m / f / d) to lead and develop our local operations within the Regional Center Western Europe. This role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities across team leadership, budget ownership, and market development, with a strong focus on driving results and strengthening our presence in the Italian market.Tasks :Technical and personnel management of the photovoltaic division in Italy, including leadership of the sales and, if required, project development teamFull responsibility for sales performance, profitability, and growth within the Italian marketGradual takeover of the overall management of the national companyStrategic development of the business unit, including market presence and positioningAcquisition and negotiation of EPC contracts for ground-mounted and commercial rooftop PV systemsSupport and coordination of internal and external project developers to ensure project successActive identification and exploitation of market opportunitiesBudget, personnel, and results accountability for the divisionCollaboration with specialist departments on corporate law, reporting, and controlling topicsRepresentation of the company at relevant trade fairs, events, and industry conferencesProfile :Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of the photovoltaic industry, including tendering processes and contract negotiationsStrong communication and negotiation skills with a confident and sales-driven approachFluent in English and Italian; German language skills are a plusWell connected within the Italian PV industry and familiar with local market dynamicsWillingness to travel regularly within Italy and abroadBenefits :Open, trusting, and professional cooperation with a focus on success and enjoyment in daily workCooperation with a highly trained international team in a dynamic, international marketBest conditions for independent work as well as exciting and challenging topicsParticipation in shaping the global energy revolutionEmployee eventsJ-18808-Ljbffr
