Business Development & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute country-specific strategies to achieve ≥35% annual revenue growth (established markets) or market entry success (new markets)Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, labs, hospitals, and government health programsMonitor competitor activities (e.g., Sysmex, Roche, Abbott, Mindray) and adjust tactics to capture market share2. Regulatory & Market AccessOversee FDA / CE-IVDR / MDR product registrations and compliance with local regulations (CLIA, ISO, etc.)Lead tender participation and negotiate contracts with key healthcare institutions3. Team & Channel ManagementRecruit, train, and manage local sales teams and distributor networksSet KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with Zybio's global strategy4. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) EngagementBuild relationships with laboratory directors, clinicians, and industry associations (e.g., AACC, IFCC)Organize medical education events, product demos, and trade show participationQualifications & ExperienceEssential :5+ years in IVD commercial leadership (Country Manager, Regional Director, or equivalent)Proven success in growing IVD sales (e.g., achieved $5M+ annual revenue or top 3 market share)Deep understanding of IVD regulations (FDA / CE-IVDR, local compliance)Strong network with labs, hospitals, and distributors in ItalyPreferred :Work experience with global leading IVD brands is preferred.Experience working with Chinese or emerging-market IVD companiesFluency in English + local language (Chinese is a plus)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus (up to 200% of base)Stock options for high achieversTravel & relocation support (if applicable)Career advancement to regional / global leadership roles
