Evolution is a highly successful and rapidly growing independent electronic security solutions integrator with offices in the UK & Ireland and a growing footprint in Europe. We are expanding with an office operating from Italy and are looking for a Country Manager.
Job Overview
As the Country Manager, you will lead, supervise, and drive operational excellence and execution for both project and service teams, ensuring client satisfaction and allowing rapid growth throughout Europe. This crucial role will allow you to utilise and test your management, commercial and technical skills to the full, supporting, influencing and steering wider business strategy.
Responsibilities

Lead all operations and activities within the country or region.
Work with Group Operations and Sales Teams to develop local delivery teams and build a client portfolio for sustainability.
Implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives, maintaining the brand and creating a strong local presence.
Represent the interests of the company and all stakeholders.
Drive business growth and profitability by developing and executing effective strategies aligned with the company's vision.
Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities for expansion, establish partnerships and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Act as a bridge between corporate headquarters and local operations.
Manage project and service work, introduce clear processes and accountability.
Plan and implement multiple projects daily to achieve targets and profit margins.
Ensure customer satisfaction, working with senior staff within global enterprise accounts.
Lead client meetings as operations lead.
Grow and develop the regional team, fostering excellence and opportunity.
Identify and address performance improvement areas.
Have full financial control of the region, including P&L.

Requirements

Very strong operational, commercial and financial management skills.
Essential P&L experience.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, including global brands.
Previous experience in a senior operational position within a similar-sized organization in the security industry.
Solid experience in large project/programme management with planning, resourcing and meeting financial milestones.
Experience building successful teams, implementing effective processes and identifying changes and improvements.
