Mission & Responsibilities
Within the Sell Out Team in Acqua di Parma Italia, the Counter Coordinator at La Rinascente Milano Duomo is in charge of achieving the sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.
The Key Responsibilities are:
Ensure achievement of the Counter sales targets and corporate objectives monthly, and then set and follow up individual and collective objectives, on a weekly and monthly basis
Manage and motivate all team members, ensure their development through regular coaching sessions
Guarantee the respect of the Brand image on all its aspects: merchandising, Beauty Consultants’ grooming and posture/standing
Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyalty
Ensure realization of all administrative tasks: shift planning, stock management and ordering, sales analysis & reporting
Requirements
Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented
Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
Result- & business-oriented with excellent selling skills
Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
