Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans
Monitor project costs and provide accurate and timely cost reports to project stakeholders
Review and analyze project cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Conduct cost risk assessments and develop contingency plans
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost forecasting
Provide support to project managers in developing cost control strategies
Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related updates and recommendations
Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing and contracting strategies
Review and evaluate change orders and claims for cost impacts
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning degree.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports
