Description
The Banconista is a highly sought-after role today, both by Large Retail Chains and small to medium food businesses such as pizzerias, pastry shops, gelaterias, delicatessens, and fishmongers.
The course will provide practical experience in a facility where you will learn all activities, including:
Setting up the sales counter and department, and pricing products;
Direct sales and customer assistance;
Portioning and packaging products;
Cleaning and maintaining the counter.
Requirements for the Banconista?
Previous experience in sales and direct customer assistance, such as in rotisseries, butcheries, fishmongers, or the food service and/or GDO sector, is a strong advantage;
Basic knowledge and familiarity with tools like slicers and knives are preferred;
Strong customer orientation.
