Description
The Banconista is a highly sought-after figure today, both by Large Retail Chains and small to medium enterprises in the food sector: pizzerias, pastry shops, gelaterias, delicatessens, fishmongers...
The course will provide practical training in a facility where you will learn all activities including:
setting up the sales counter and department, and pricing products;
direct sales and customer assistance;
portioning and packaging products;
cleaning and maintaining the counter.
Qualifications for a Banconista
Previous experience in sales and direct customer assistance, such as in rotisseries, butcheries, fishmongers, or in the restaurant and/or GDO sector, is a strong advantage;
Basic knowledge and familiarity with tools like slicers and knives is preferred;
Strong customer orientation.
