MAPEI, the most important workshop for your talent!To strengthen the Ceramic Line team, we are looking for aCorporate Product Line Technical Services Specialist - Linea CeramicaThe resource will be inserted within the Ceramic Line and will support colleagues and Product Managers in back-office technical activities.
Responsibilities

Drafting and updating documentation, managing technical relationships, and updating spec items
Participating in external activities at construction sites, supporting the Sales area in resolving technical issues/controversies
Providing support after an appropriate on-the-job period for studying the different product lines, for development and promotion of the business, including training activities
Providing strategic and technical assistance to foreign subsidiaries for the entire ceramic line
Supporting the management and development of ceramic line products through market analysis, strategic promotion through Mapei subsidiaries and the development of new products

Qualifications

Technical education: Diploma Geometra or Degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering/Architecture
Preferable background in the construction sector
Candidates fresh out of university or with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in related sectors will be considered
Operational flexibility, problem solving and teamwork
Strong organizational skills, high motivation and results orientation
Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office
Autocad knowledge is a plus
Willingness to travel within Italy and/or abroad
