We are looking for a Corporate Legal Expert to join our team.Summary of ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely regulatory enquiries;Providing consultancy and assistance on the administrative liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 / 01;Assistance and consultancy in relation to GDPR : drafting of data processing agreements, privacy notices, releases and related contractual clauses;Drafting and revision of national and international contracts in support of all corporate functions;Legal support to corporate functions in different areas, in order to solve different legal issues and ensure the correctness of commercial initiatives with respect to current legislation and corporate guidelines;Implementation, adjustment and updating of Group policies;Drafting of company minutes, keeping of company books, preparation of powers of attorney and proxies;Support to technical bodies for the management of intellectual property.Skills and RequirementsMSc Law degree or equivalent qualifications;Approximately 5+ years' experience gained within structured industrial companies or within top law firms to provide specialized advice on the indicated legal areas;Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently;Excellent interpersonal skills;Good communication skills in English;Solid analytical skills.Time management.Compliance.If you recognize yourself in this figure, don't hesitate.
