Who we are looking forPurposeCurious to discover the world of Demand Planning in a large international company? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decisions, collaborating with stakeholders from all around the world!Main ResponsibilitiesSupport S&OP process for affiliates under its own responsibility in terms of :Sales :Analyze sales and forecast trends and actively participate in Affiliate’s demand review meetings jointly with other functions (marketing, finance, Business knowledge). Challenge the numbers.Collect information about new product launches and ensure the launch plan feasibility in terms of product availability, coordinating all relevant stakeholders (Regulatory, Quality, Operations).Supply :Generate supply plans as input for production, considering inventory targets, market scenarios, and capacity constraints.Transportation :Plan shipments by defining the best transportation mode balancing sustainability and market needs.KPI’s :Oversight of affiliate KPI's related to forecast accuracy, service levels, days of inventory, transport costs, and suggest corrective actions.Experience Required4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably within a complex international environment.EducationEngineering, Scientific, or Economic DegreeLanguagesExcellent spoken and written EnglishTechnical SkillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office packagePreferred SAP and/or Supply Chain Planning tools (IBP)Data analysis and KPI measurementProject managementSoft SkillsGoal orientationContinuous learningCommunication skillsAdaptability and flexibilityWhat we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging, and friendly environment.At Chiesi, we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset, which is why we invest in continuous training, learning, and development.
