Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Luxembourg and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our operations and its’ growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient servicing through means of an in-depth knowledge of client files, client communication and internal procedures:Draft/review of legal documentation in terms of incorporation of companies, day-to-day operations, liquidationMonitor the various steps of the transactions, ensure adherence at all times with Luxembourg law as well as internal Vistra processesDebt collection of outstanding Vistra invoicesCoordinate with central operations team to resolve issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companiesDetect possible corporate and tax issuesHandle client requests regarding transactions/statutory and outflowWork in close collaboration with team members, law firms, auditors, tax advisors and other relevant partiesOrganise the preparation shareholder and board meetings together with the Accountants and Corporate Secretarial AssistantsMaintain communication with clients, including the planning of the Corporate CalendarMonitor completeness of client filesDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Luxembourg market/regulations (legal, tax, accounting, reporting, market developments)Take up directorship mandates in client’s companies, if requestedTake up client payroll, if requestedCollect KYC documentation (as required)Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives setAttributes And Technical SkillsStrong communication skillsAbility to solve problems, work independently and as a member of a teamRelevant ExperienceStrong knowledge of Luxembourg regulationMinimum of 3 years of experience with a professional services firmStrong communication skillsAbility to solve problems, work independently and as a member of a teamEducation and Professional QualificationLaw, Economics and / or Tax degreeLocation: LUJob Segment: Recruiting, Attorney, Law, Human Resources, LegalGet notified about new Corporate Lawyer jobs in Lu, Piedmont, Italy.
