OverviewCorporate Communications Specialist EMEA at Acronis. Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist EMEA to help strengthen visibility and reputation in the region.What You Will DoCoordinate all public relations activities across EMEA, including managing media inquiries, interview requests, and media relations.Develop and deliver compelling content such as press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.Prepare and support interviews and media briefings for key Acronis spokespeople.Plan, organize, and execute press events including media roundtables and press tours.Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent engagement across traditional and digital channels.Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts among journalists, industry influencers, and business leaders.Monitor, analyze, and report on PR results and coverage on a quarterly basis.Stay informed of industry trends, assess their impact, and recommend proactive communication strategies.Who We’re Looking ForProven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations within EMEA markets.Strong network of media contacts across business and technology sectors.Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, address newsjacking opportunities.Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of media and industry dynamics.Excellent command of English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Who You AreHigh level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.Collaborative, team-player with a never-give-up attitude.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Who We AreA Swiss company founded in Singapore in 2003, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and more than 1800 employees in 50+ countries.
