Responsibilities

Lead the Strategy to convert digital and retail prospects into active player.
Coordinate and improve all aspects of the entire registration process, including onboarding to boost conversion rates.
Define and lead all aspects of welcome offer mechanics, monitor performance, return on investment, and regulatory alignment.
Coordinate onboarding journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive first deposit and KYC completion.
Track important metrics throughout the conversion process, suggesting improvements guided by data analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant user journeys.

Qualifications

You have solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or conversion strategy, ideally in regulated or high-complexity industry.
You possess strong analytical capabilities and are confident using data to evaluate funnel performance and optimize user activation.
You have experience in planning and implementing multi-channel onboarding campaigns and acquisition journeys.
You have excellent project management and coordination skills, working effectively with product, tech, and compliance teams.
You’re a confident communicator in both Italian and English, able to align cross-functional collaborators. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can balance structure with adaptability.
You are proficient in both Italian and English.
You are willing to travel if required for business needs.
