Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our organization as a Contract Negotiator. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to draft and review commercial contracts.
About the Role
The Contract Negotiator will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing service agreements with clients and suppliers, including goods handling and integrated logistics service agreements, transport and shipping contracts, commercial leases, leasing, maintenance, consultancy agreements, and letters.
Key Responsibilities

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze contract risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Provide strategic advice on contract management and negotiation

Requirements

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
Ability to analyze contract risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
