Thermon expanded its capabilities by acquiring F.A.T.I., a renowned company in Italy specializing in process heaters. This acquisition allows us to enhance our range of electric heaters used in various industries around the world.
The Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager Analyst in our office in Cusago (Milan region), Italy. Initially, you will focus on supporting operations in Italy, ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract management. After onboarding, your responsibilities may expand to include support across Europe, offering a dynamic and growth‑oriented career path.
Your key responsibilities will be:

Provide legal advice and assistance in relation to the preparation, drafting, negotiation and implementation of various quotations and contracts to relevant stakeholder groups including sales, engineering, operations, procurement, and order management.
Identify risks arising out of contract provisions under negotiation; provide pragmatic business solutions and options to mitigate such risks.
Engage with other legal team members to ensure coordination and compliance of agreements globally.

Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing contracts relating to manufacturing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines in fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with high level of attention to detail.
Ability to provide concise commercial advice in a timely manner to the business.
Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
Proven ability to build and foster positive relationships and networks.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
