Position provides oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. The position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at the assigned jobsite.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform O&M Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems related to assigned contracts.Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide support to subcontractors, support staff, trades, and crafts.Schedule work to be performed.Submit monthly progress reports in accordance with contract and J&J requirements.Manage and allocate contract resources; monitor budgets on assigned contracts.Ensure safety of all personnel on site, including subcontractors, compliance with environmental standards, and quality of work.Conduct staff training, safety meetings, and briefings.Address customer and employee complaints.Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and other contract management tasks in the field.Perform additional duties as required.Knowledge, Experience, and Skill RequirementsKnowledge of applicable codes and standards such as TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA related to O&M tasks.Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems.Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Work ExperienceAt least 5 years of verifiable experience in healthcare business occupancy O&M, specifically in medical facilities.Experience in servicing and renovating commercial buildings, managing diverse workforce responsible for infrastructure systems maintenance and repair.Education, Licenses, and CertificationsHigh School Diploma required.Must possess a Common Access Card.This job description is subject to change based on employer needs and job requirements.The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000, with potential eligibility for benefits such as medical, wellness, financial planning, and incentives.We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance testing.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, supporting Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.Employees must not disclose compensation information unless legally permitted or in specific circumstances such as investigations or formal complaints.
