With cutting-edge technologies and a strong focus on sustainability, we are building a warehouse that is fully sustainable and environmentally friendly.Be part of this exciting journey in Kuehne+Nagel logistics by applying now!Your RoleAs a Flow Planner, you will be part of the Operations team, responsible for warehouse goods planning (outbound/inbound) to satisfy customer needs. You will interact with Operations Manager/Shift Leaders and Automation Controllers to adapt goods planning to daily warehouse workflow, considering each department’s specific needs.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan workload sequences considering customer SLAs, cut-off times, and process durations to optimize productivity and prevent bottlenecks.Monitor scheduled plans to identify issues and deviations, taking corrective actions to ensure SLAs and cut-off times in collaboration with Operations and Control room.Develop and implement statistical metrics to forecast warehouse planning in consultation with floor supervisors.Communicate planning status clearly using dashboards or other tools to ensure visibility of past, current, and future goods planning.Build effective relationships on the shop floor to adapt warehouse planning based on ongoing customer requests.Collaborate daily with departments like customer service and transport planning to develop and adapt efficient planning strategies.Identify and promote effective communication schemes to inform Operations about planning variations and workflow adjustments.Your Skills and Experiences2-5 years of planning experience in large-scale (>300FTE), highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or retail sectors within multinational, matrix organizations.Knowledge of metrics and data analysis related to goods planning, including experience with software and ERPs.Experience creating dashboards and visual data representations for stakeholder communication.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent planning variations and stakeholder interactions.Good Reasons to JoinSince 1890, Kuehne+Nagel has been committed to shaping the world of logistics through innovative and sustainable solutions.
