For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Contracts Analyst. The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.
Contract duration : 6 months
Retribuzione annua : 40000€ - 50000€
Esperienza : 3 anni
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required
2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program
Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required
Experience in Excel
Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility
Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting
Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards
Monitoring accounts
Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing and finance teams
Participating in process improvement projects
Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes
Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems
