Company DescriptionBonatti is an International Contractor providing services to oil & gas industry with over 70 years of experience. 10,000 people on 4 continents guarantee activities ranging from engineering and construction, to the operation & maintenance of plants and pipelines.PositionWe are looking for a graduate in Law or Engineering to join us as a Contract Administrator.The selected candidate will be involved in managing contractual and legal aspects related to commercial offers and project execution for our subsidiary Carlo Gavazzi Impianti, supporting negotiation activities and contributing to regulatory compliance and contractual risk mitigation.ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial team during the offer phase, assessing contractual risks and suggesting mitigation strategiesProvide support during contract execution, including interpretation of clauses and preparation of protective measuresHelp manage disputes and claims with clients, with or without external legal supportCollaborate with management to ensure alignment with legal, technical, and business objectivesContribute to the definition of company guidelines and contractual standardsRequirementsDegree in Law or Engineering2–3 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or similarBasic knowledge of contract law and negotiation principlesAbility to identify and assess contractual risksGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)Other informationPlace of work: Assago (MI)
