Responsibilities
All commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual issues
Main Tasks
Manage Bonds & Guarantees to be issued in sales phase and execution phase
Manage together with sales the insurance concept
Manage involving sales and FOh external/internal consortium agreements
Check and complete Digital SCAP filled by Sales
Support sales in preparing Contract comments and negotiating with customer
Send to AH Tax dpt. project presentation and Tax concept request
Contribute to sales risk analysis (Contract, Supply chain matters)
Support the PM in the preparation of the kick-off meeting for legal and insurance aspects, checking the contract (except technical part) to identify contractual risks and chances (i.e. contractual deadline and formalities).
Execution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks
Participation in the take-over process (Sales → Contract Execution) including order intake
Support Project cost controlling (Controlling)
Support Invoicing and accounts receivables management (Accounting)
Contractual and financial inputs for claim management (support for maintenance of clear evidence and records)
Insurance claim management
Claim notification to group insurance
Support Issuance and handling of shipping documents in collaboration with PLM
Support PM in preparing project reviews and participate.
Administration of permanent establishment (local project office)
Support with the implementation of essential commercial site processes and organization such as cash management, banking and accounting, contract management, leading and training of commercial site team (regular site visits mandatory)
Involvement in sourcing concept and follow-up of financing requirements (conditions for ECA coverage, local content, foreign exchange risk, embargo restrictions etc.)
Collaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting and negotiation of important subcontracts and consortium agreements
Provide commercial and contractual inputs to Project Logistics Manager for the logistics concept
Interfacing with legal department
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and expertise
Master’s degree in Law, Economics and Management Engineering
