About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our efforts in implementing process improvements and achieving tangible operations efficiency results.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operations efficiency strategies, analyzing business practices, and recommending new improvement methods and techniques. They will report directly to the CEO and work in strict cooperation with the Operations Manager, following the guidelines defined by COESIA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Lead and manage operations efficiency projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and improve actual Company Operations KPIs.
Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology.
Collaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes and promote adoption of improvement measures.
Monitor and report on the status of improvement projects.
Provide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologies.
Measure and analyze improvement project outcomes.

What You Need to Be Successful

Proven work experience (7-10 years) in Operations and/or Continuous Improvement or similar roles with some managerial responsibilities.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong project management skills.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
