He will report directly to the CEO and work in strict cooperation with the Operation’s Manager and following the guidelines defined by COESIA.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.Lead and manage operations efficiency projects initiatives and continuous improvement projectsMonitor and improve actual Company Operations KPIDrive the development and implementation of Lean methodologyCollaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes, and promote adoption of improvement measuresMonitor and report on the status of improvement projectsProvide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologiesMeasure and analyze improvement project outcomesWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulProven work experience (7-10 years) in Operations and/or Continuous Improvement or similar roles with some managerial responsibilities.Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesStrong project management skillsOutstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsBSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
