We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The role:The Continuous Improvement Leader AW EMEA, will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our transactional processes throughout the Europe and MEA Region – with specific support for the Commercial Teams of the AW Segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process optimization strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a CI Leader you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across our organization.Design and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy for transactional processes for the region of competence, aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals;Identify opportunities for process improvement across transactional functions, such as sales, marketing, customer service, product management, supply chain, Commercial functions logistics, finance, and customer service;Constantly seek, share and implement best practices among all CI teams in all Xylem businesses of the Region and segment of Competence;Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in transactional processes eliminating waste and guaranteeing sound project implementation (focus on 80/20);Serve on the business unit leadership team and communicate team accomplishments and achievement of financial goals;Direct and oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and monitoring;Apply end to end transactional Lean methodologies and other process improvement techniques to analyze existing processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and develop solutions;Drive the implementation of best practices and standardization initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation;Provide Leadership and Guidance;Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement, providing training opportunities, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.8+ years’ business experience in global/international company in CI/Opex/Manufacturing functionBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in functional area of expertiseDemonstrated success in leading significant changes in large organizations focusing on continuous improvement in transactional processes.Proven Continuous improvement/lean and six sigma expertise in various business areas (both manufacturing and transactional areas)Experience of leading multiple, large size international projects in different locationsProven track record of lean implementation and leading kaizen eventsOther Requirements:Ability to drive hands on execution in the business and strategic thinking with top leadersProficiency in coaching, change managementStrong interpersonal and leadership skills; strong verbal and communication skillsExcellent overall business acumenSoft Skills:Strong verbal and communication skills at all levels of the organization – especially with top leaders.Strategic thinking.Problem solving.Organizational skills.Proactivity.Ability to simplify and clarify complex and ambiguous problems.Travel: 50% across the regionCertification: Lean Certification, Green belt or black beltLanguage: English written and spoken – any other language will be considered a plusContract: permanent, full-timeBenefits: company bonus and company canteenJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
