Specifically, the role involves:Developing, implementing, and communicating the Continuous Improvement strategy;Identifying improvement opportunities within the plant;Providing training and workshops;Offering operational support.Profile characteristics:Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with technical interest and knowledge;Knowledge of Lean tools;Good command of the English language;Proactive attitude, desire for growth, and excellent problem-solving skills.We offer a direct contract, either fixed-term or indefinite.
