JOB DESCRIPTION
The Content Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the campaign cycle delivering optimized content through digital merchandising actions.
The key objective is to maximize sales performance, ensuring that our brands are highly satisfied with Veepee service and that our members get the best possible shopping experience.
The successful candidate will need to work closely with Sales Planning, Digital Factory, Quality, Design, Customer Service, IT and other internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has a passion for brands, strong communication skills and a true can‑do attitude.
This position is based in Barcelona and will be reporting to the Lead Content Manager.
TASKS
Request content from the brands and review that the minimum quality requirements are met; optimise content to be in compliance with our internal standards, focusing on SLAs.
Control the stages and deadlines of the campaign cycle, taking actions when necessary to meet service‑level agreements.
Ensure that content and recommendations sent by the brands are properly transmitted to internal teams (descriptions, images and banners).
Define the merchandising strategy to maximise sales performance (navigation enrichment of technical sheets, identify special traits of the campaign and use different tools to communicate them); ensure that the banner is aligned with the sale strategy.
Coordinate effectively among the different departments of the group.
Guarantee the quality and reliability of online content.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to continually improve the way of working.
MUST HAVE skills
Degree in Marketing or Business School.
At least 1 year of similar professional experience, preferably in e‑commerce/digital.
Fluent in English.
Excellent organisational skills; ability to prioritise according to business needs.
Excellent communication skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Good knowledge of digital merchandising and ability to follow performance indicators.
Business‑oriented and keen to exceed individual and collective objectives.
Great tactical skills; ability to be flexible and react quickly to changing situations.
Problem solver with a result‑oriented positive attitude.
Analytical approach and experience working with Excel.
NICE TO HAVE skills
Strongly committed and good team player.
Curiosity and attention to detail are key.
Experience working with Excel.
Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
Utilise analytical skills to deep dive returns rate and effectiveness of the merchandising part.
