The goal is to drive awareness, increase engagement and traffic, share the brand story, and boost conversion and enrollment.This is a rare opportunity to develop your career by working with a US-based client and collaborating closely with industry experts.This is a full-time, fully remote position, based on the EST (PST) time zone, allowing you to work from home.Position SummaryReporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager will lead the execution of the client's content strategy, including development and content creation across web, social media, video, email, blogs, and newsletters. Responsibilities include editing content for diverse audiences, analyzing content performance, and making strategic adjustments to improve results. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to develop content and execute marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional & Agency CollaborationServe as the main contact for website-related development tickets, providing assets and clarification.Work with SEO and paid media agencies to implement data, review copy, and ensure functionality.Assist the Support team with franchisee requests related to website, SEO, and search visibility.Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to align project goals.Content Development & ManagementUpload content to CMS for landing pages, blogs, and updates.Perform QA testing on staging environments, verifying layout, links, responsiveness, and content accuracy.Collaborate in Figma for landing page design and functionality input.Ticket & Workflow ManagementCreate Jira tickets for development requests.Monitor and follow up on tickets for timely completion.Manage content tasks in Wrike, such as SEO pages and updates.Testing & OptimizationCreate and manage A/B tests to assess engagement and improve performance.Analyze test results and report insights.Set up GA4 tags and triggers for tracking when needed.Create GA4 reports or extract data upon request.Internal CommunicationsAssist in drafting communications, release notes, and guides for franchisees.Ensure messaging is clear and aligned with operational goals.QualificationsNative or near-native English proficiency.At least 2 years of marketing experience in content writing and management.Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of SEO best practices.
