We are looking for a CMS & Web Content Specialist with experience in WordPress and strong UI/UX design skills. The ideal candidate combines content accuracy, visual sensitivity, and technical capabilities, working closely with cross‑functional teams. Autonomy, precision, and a strong focus on user experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Update and publish pages, articles, and landing pages on WordPress.
Optimize content for visual performance and readability (layout, paragraphs, images, headings).
Apply basic on-page SEO best practices (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, optimized URLs).

UI/UX and Content Design

Create and update wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for new pages or features.
Propose improvements to navigation, usability, and user experience (desktop and mobile).

Request Management

Gather requirements from internal teams and conduct preliminary analysis for new implementations with the rest of the team.
Record and track tasks and requests through dedicated platforms for monitoring and reporting.

Requirements for a Strong Match

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience managing WordPress platforms.

Basic knowledge of on-page SEO.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first projects.
