Contact Center Associate – MENARINI Group
Overview
The role is part of CODIFI, the MENARINI Group company that manages customer service and order-to-cash processes for Italian companies, and is integrated within the Contact Center Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Operations and Digital Channels Manager.
The incumbent will manage outbound customer relationships (promotional/commercial focus) and inbound customer inquiries (first level support), aiming to centralize and optimize contacts for a targeted customer base, also via new communication channels.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Customer relationship outbound: management of promotional campaigns and order collection by phone and through the CRM platform (SFDC)
Customer relationship inbound: management of customer requests/inquiries by phone and through the CRM platform (first level)
Management of new communication channels with customers (self‑service functionalities)
Analysis and optimization of target customers
Job Requirements
Proven knowledge/experience in customer relationship activities and ability to operate on a CRM platform for activity planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Degree in Economics or a related field is preferable.
Minimum 6 months of experience in similar Customer Service Dept roles; experience in promotional/commercial activities is preferred.
Strong relationship skills, flexibility, target‑oriented approach, and problem‑solving attitude.
Intermediate English (spoken and written).
