Consumer Marketing Manager - Mother & Child Care - IIG (Italy, Israel & Greece)Apply locations: Milano | Time type: Full time | Posted on: Posted 5 Days Ago | Job requisition id: 557564Job DescriptionRepresenting the voice of the consumer for Philips in the market and responsible for delivering measurable business impact (growth, consumer NPS, and brand preference) for the Mother & Child Care segment within Personal Health Business. This involves creating and implementing a 24-month integrated consumer-centric marketing plan for Italy, Greece, and Israel.Your role :Plan and execute effective Business-Market-Combination (BMC) strategies based on detailed source of business analyses. Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to align and manage BMC targets and performance.Drive demand generation efforts to meet KPIs such as sales, market share, and gross margin through pricing, product mix, and marketing ROI.Develop and execute a 24-month rolling integrated marketing plan aligned with Personal Health IIG and brand strategies, ensuring all consumer-facing activities are coordinated across the zone.Manage portfolio marketing, including omni-channel calendar planning, product lifecycle management, and product portfolio optimization.Coordinate with trade and shopper marketing teams to implement local trade marketing actions and promotions that boost sell-out and loyalty, optimizing online and offline shelf strategies.Allocate local advertising and promotion budgets effectively within the annual operating plan and BMC planning cycles.Work with insights and analytics teams to validate local business sources and provide consumer insights on market trends, shopper behavior, and competition.Localize global content and create local content (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with media teams.Champion the voice of the customer and oversee a holistic customer experience, including omni-channel strategies and portfolio management.You are part ofThe IIG Personal Health Marketing team, fostering a professional, fun, and diverse environment.
