Role
Consumer / SMB Channel Business Development Executive (BDE) - PC Client - Italy — The role is to drive AMD’s partnership, sales, and marketing activities with existing and prospective consumer retail / etail and SMB partners in the Italy region. The BDE will be responsible for expanding AMD’s PC Client engagement with these strategic partner accounts and for establishing the AMD sales strategy and market approach to drive demand and deliver revenue and sales goals.
Responsibilities

Drive next level scale and growth through focused retail / etail partners in the Italy region
End to end execution of sales forecasting & pipeline management, marketing budgeting, reservation & claims process with partners
Develop a pipeline of new business and improve the quality of existing business. A key requirement will be to plan persuasive pitches that will convince partners & OEMs to increase business with AMD
Make it a priority to stay up to date with latest market trends and insight; using data to drive decisions and their knowledge elevating them an authority in their field
Create customized sales plans and exceed AMD quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop and monitor performance key indicators for partner account set and keep record of sales trends
Develop compelling partner programs to drive AMD consumer & SMB PC sales
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
Build and cultivate direct relationships with key channel executives across top partners
Partner with AMD’s top OEM partners (HP, Lenovo, Dell, and more) and implement growth strategies
Analyze channel sales reporting to recognize trends and steer financial and human resources to improve growth and return on investment
Collaborate internally & externally with marketing / social teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Manage the end-to-end marketing claims process (RMI, VIR and MDF) with marketing operations teams
Provide internal feedback to help build the accurate marketing collateral and sales tools vital to educate the partners sales teams on the benefits of partnering with and selling AMD-based products and solutions

Qualifications

An established background and relationships with retail / etail / channel partners, IT Distributors, and OEMs (e.g., HP Inc, Lenovo, Dell) in the Italy region.
Proven leader experienced in successfully growing the sales of both PC system units and revenue
Working with retail / etail / channel partners to develop plans to collaboratively grow joint business
Experience in successfully managing large marketing budgets and programs to improve the impact of every marketing dollar
Fluent English and Italian
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to different audiences across customers and business / partner executives
Advanced presentation skills
Willing to travel within the territory as per business needs
Proven PC Client experience in similar sales and marketing positions for Retail / E-tail / Reseller / OEM
Proven experience driving consumer & SMB PC sales within the Italy region
Solid understanding of the PC market
Strong track record of success in scaling through multiple channels
Existing relationships built with key OEM and Consumer Channel Partner executives
An established background in technology business development / sales
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
