Little, you will take ownership of the delivery of key parts of the assignment under the coordination and supervision of your case manager.ResponsibilitiesManagement of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendationsExecution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sourcesArticulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summariesPlanning, execution, and completion of final deliverables independentlyCoach junior team members and support office operations, leading or participating in internal projectsQualificationsMSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) with strong academic achievement – degree from a leading schoolA minimum of three years of work experience in management consulting or industry, combined with an MBAOutstanding academic achievement from top-tier universitiesDemonstrated ability to lead teams and solve problems under pressureExperience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research, and primary & secondary researchExceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge, and sharp business acumenExcellent English and Italian language skills; other languages are desirableStrong communication skills with an impactful presentation styleProactive, self-motivated, highly analytical, and independentEnergetic, decisive, and able to respond well under pressureHigh achiever with creative and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to adapt quickly to new cultures and organizationsStrong interpersonal skills with clients and colleaguesWilling to travelPlease submit your application with a motivational letter.
