Leading projects in process optimization, industrial digitalization, and Smart Factory development, you will work closely with C-level decision-makers to design tailored, scalable, and sustainable solutions.Key responsibilitiesLeading interdisciplinary and international teams on client engagements linking operational improvements to the client’s strategic goals and driving change through the implementation of measurable outcomesAnalyze and redesign production and logistics processes (e.G., value stream mapping, layout optimization, flow design)Define and implement operations strategies at both corporate and plant levelsDesign and deploy Smart Factory roadmaps (Industry 4.0)Development of scalable and resilient operating models — including production network design, make-or-buy strategies, and industrial footprint optimizationSupport cultural and organizational transformation in operationsYour profileYou hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields) or an equivalent qualification. An MBA is considered a strong plusYou have between 4 and 6 years of experience in production management within multinational companies, preferably in the industrial goods or consumer goods sectorsYou have experience in optimizing production processes, combined with knowledge and hands-on experience in key enabling technologies :Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data & Analytics, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Digital Twin TechnologyYou have experience in operations strategy and industrial network optimizationYou have direct experience in managing teams and resourcesYou possess excellent presentation and communication skillsYou demonstrate strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for driving changeExcellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Python is considered a plusFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau)You are fluent in both Italian and English.
