How you will create an impact:

Be involved in projects forindustry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectivenessand commercial excellence
Conduct advanced analyses(market, competitive, financial) to support data-driven decision-making
Take ownership and leadspecific sub-workstreams within client projects delivering strategicinsights and actionable recommendations
Present findings and insightsconfidently to internal (and potentially client) stakeholders
Support the project team to developstrategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for our clients
Collaborate with internationalteams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile:

Outstanding academicperformance in business management, economics, industrial engineering, ora related field
1–3 years of relevantprofessional experience in strategy consulting
Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex informationinto clear insights
Fluency in business English andItalian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Advanced proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data and analytics tools(e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is an advantage
Strong communication andpresentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, highmotivation, and eagerness to grow personally and professionally
Proven ability to collaboratein dynamic and international environments
