Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant, located in the Greater Brescia Metropolitan Area. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring project deliverables meet established objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, advising clients on best practices, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes. The role may also include providing guidance on process improvements and identifying opportunities for business growth within client organizations.

Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Experience in conducting research and data analysis to support decision‑making
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail

Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and work effectively under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required; a Master's degree is a plus
Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles is highly beneficial
