We are looking for part‑time Organizational Consultants to support our outreach and awareness activities.
Responsibilities

Planning and managing informational events related to health, hygiene, and well‑being.
Managing contacts with third‑sector associations (pro loco, sports clubs, volunteer, cultural, schools, etc.) to establish collaborations and organize events.
Planning and coordinating conferences, handling logistics, selecting venues, and scheduling meetings.
Supervising events to ensure proper execution, managing unforeseen issues, and providing support to guests and speakers.
Promoting meetings, including invitations, communications, and informational materials.
Monitoring results and producing post‑event reports to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.

Requirements

Auto‑moto (own vehicle).
Diploma or university degree.
