Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and selection processes to identify candidates aligned with our Master program requirements.
Guide potential students in choosing the most suitable Master programs based on their background and career aspirations, actively promoting our training offerings.
Collaborate closely with the team to monitor and achieve commercial objectives.
Support the organization in understanding candidate needs and proposing new solutions.
Participate actively in events such as graduation days and open days, representing our organization.

Ideal candidate:

Energetic, positive, with good relational and communication skills.
Degree in humanistic, legal, or economic disciplines.
Some experience in employment agencies, recruitment firms, training organizations, or business schools.
Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude, goal-oriented.
Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
