Excellent knowledge of operational activities related to ongoing personnel management (payroll processing, contributions, payments, CU, Mod. 770, hiring/firing/injury procedures, etc.) acquired through direct experience.
Technical and normative expertise to provide assistance and consultancy to clients.

Requirements:

Degree in economic subjects.
Professional qualification as a labor consultant.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in the role.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and organize work.
Flexibility in tasks and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Assist headquarters staff on labor law topics.
Monitor regulatory updates.
Manage social safety nets.
Handle contribution incentives.
Analyze labor costs.
Communicate with entities and associations (Inps, Inail, etc.).
Draft individual contracts.

The company seeks precise, proactive individuals capable of teamwork, problem-solving, and with excellent relational and organizational skills.
Offer:
Full-time contract based on candidate profile.
Location:
Rimini / Cesena area.
Working days:
Monday to Friday – 6 hours per day.
