The program includes an initial selection process, a training course for certification in insurance and financial consulting, field support, and integration into a team of professionals.

Client portfolio management
Collaboration under P. IVA (VAT number)
Professionalization course (prerequisite for registration with the Italian Insurance Intermediaries Register)
Commission-based remuneration
Quarterly bonuses upon achieving goals
Guaranteed minimum (if not already registered with RUI) starting from €800 for the first 4 months of training
Work method based on activity planning with defined objectives on the assigned client portfolio, supported by advanced digital tools
Diploma (mandatory) or Degree
