We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description :Enfinity Global is seeking a Site Manager for the Construction department, reporting to the Construction Manager of the designated region. This role ensures that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager monitors and directs contractor activities from start to finish, overseeing various contractors and subcontractors during site preparation, foundation, and construction phases. They maintain close contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle, accompany clients during site visits, and address questions or concerns about project progress. The Site Manager is responsible for daily site safety protocols, ensuring contractors and crew work in a safe environment and adhere to safety rules.Responsibilities / Duties :Manage EPC contracts and on-site operations, review project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule adherence.Oversee site management during construction, ensuring project completion within time and budget constraints.Supervise and direct the project, ensuring compliance with Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements, monitor progress, and liaise with quantity surveyors to control costs.Coordinate and supervise construction workers.Ensure construction site safety, prepare site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports.Ensure project compliance with Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes.Support all close-out documentation for the Asset Management team at project completion.Assist the Asset Management team during the warranty period.Qualifications :Engineering degree (preferable).Proven experience of 7-10+ years managing site operations and power plant construction sites.Deep knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.At Enfinity Global, you will find a dynamic, multinational environment within one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
