As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of large commercial construction projects ($15M–$100M+), from preconstruction to closeout. You’ll manage teams, budgets, schedules, and contracts while serving as the key liaison between clients, designers, and internal teams. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals, contractual requirements, and company standards.Develop and manage high-level project schedules, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure critical milestones are met.Oversee project financials including budget development, cost control, change management, forecasting, and profitability tracking.Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across all jobsite activities.Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiation processes, ensuring scope clarity and risk mitigation.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Resolve complex project challenges proactively, applying strategic solutions to avoid delays and minimize cost impacts.Drive internal collaboration across estimating, preconstruction, field operations, and executive leadership.Ensure documentation, reporting, and project records are consistently maintained and aligned with organizational and industry best practices.Qualifications10+ Years of Experience with a Commercial GCBachelors Degree in Construction or Related (Preferred)K12 Project Experience is a plusExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompany Truck + Gas CardAnnual BonusTechnology ProvidedFull Benefits (Free for Employee)401K MatchRelocation AssistanceJ-18808-Ljbffr
