As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior-Level Healthcare Construction Superintendentto join our team.Position Overview:As a Senior-Level Healthcare Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of healthcare construction processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make critical decisions to ensure successful project execution. You will be working closely with your designated Project Manager to take projects from pre-construction through completion. The work is primarily healthcare related with emphasis on interior renovations (hospital and medical office buildings). Some of the projects will involve the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).Most of the work falls within 75 mile radius of the Sarasota/Venice, FL area. On occasion, working outside of that radius is warranted and travel will be required.
